1. You should have received an email with your username and temporary PIN. If you have not received this, please let us know by contacting us via our chat in the bottom right.

2) Visit https://merchant.mpos.mintpayments.com

3) Enter your User name and Temporary PIN.
4) You will soon receive an SMS with an activation code. Enter the code into the relevant field and click Submit.
5) You will be prompted to select a New password. Enter and confirm your new password and click Submit.
