Occasionally, there may be a loss of communication during the transaction. 

  • The Bluetooth connection could be lost
  • The internet connection may be weak or not functioning. Please test your internet connection by opening Google.com on a web browser.
  • Perhaps the card has not been inserted the correct way or is corrupted.

Please try again with a different phone/tablet, reset internet connection or different card before attempting our advanced troubleshooting steps.
