If your device isn't responding when attempting to make a transaction, please step through the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Re-Pairing The Device
  • Go to your mobile devices Bluetooth settings page.
  • Select Mint mPOS *** (*** - Last three digits of the mPOS serial number)
  • Select Unpair
  • To pair your mPOS device, Hold down the green tick button until the Bluetooth icon on the LED screen flashes. At the instant it flashes, release the button. If performed correctly the Bluetooth icon should continue flashing rapidly. This means the device is in pairing mode.
  • Select Mint mPOS *** under Available devices.
  • Confirm the 6 digit passkey to pair with the device.
  • Once you have successfully paired the device, perform a test transaction to confirm the devices status.

2, Factory Reset Device
To perform a factory reset on your mPOS device, you'll need a pin or paperclip to access the reset button. The "Revive Menu" button is located in the small hole next to the power button.

  • Use the pin to press "Revive Menu" the button.
  • Select option: 3. Factory Reset.
  • Once the device has successfully performed a Factory Reset, you be able to pair the device.
  • To pair your mPOS device, Hold down the green tick button until the Bluetooth icon on the LED screen flashes. At the instant it flashes, release the button. If performed correctly the Bluetooth icon should continue flashing rapidly. This means the device is in pairing mode.
  • Select Mint mPOS *** under Available devices.
  • Confirm the 6 digit passkey to pair with the device.
  • Once you have successfully paired the device, perform a test transaction to confirm the devices status.
