How to return a S700 device

  1. Contact Mint Payment support on support@mintpayments.com or call 1300 646 833.
  2. Merchant will be provided with Mints address to return the device.
  3. Once device is received, it we will be tested.
  4. Once this is confirmed to be faulty, Mint Payments will organise the new device to be sent through to the merchant.
