Exporting Data
Export and download transaction data from your Merchant Portal in order to analyse, reconcile or report on transaction history.
- Navigate to the Transactions tab.
- Apply relevant filters based on your requirements.
Filters include date range, value range, transaction status, or reference information (using the search bar).
- Click on Export to CSV.
- The requested export will be added to a queue, and once the export is ready an email notification will be sent to the user's email address.
- When the export is ready it can be accessed from the Exports tab and downloaded as a CSV file by clicking download in the export status column.
