Exporting Data

Export and download transaction data from your Merchant Portal in order to analyse, reconcile or report on transaction history.

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab.
  2. Apply relevant filters based on your requirements.
    Filters include date range, value range, transaction status, or reference information (using the search bar).
  3. Click on Export to CSV.
  4. The requested export will be added to a queue, and once the export is ready an email notification will be sent to the user's email address.
  5. When the export is ready it can be accessed from the Exports tab and downloaded as a CSV file by clicking download in the export status column.
