Follow the steps below when logging in to your Merchant Portal account for the first time.
- Locate the activation email sent to you which includes the Username and Temporary Password.
If you have not received your activation email, please check your Junk folder. If you are still unable to locate the email, please contact Mint Support.
- You will be prompted to select a new password. Enter and confirm your new password and click Submit.
Note that your password must include:
- Minimum 8 characters
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 special character.
- You will then receive an SMS to the mobile number registered for the user with an activation code. Enter the code into the relevant field and click Submit.
