Resetting Your Password

If you forget your account password, you can reset it by following these steps.

  1. Go to https://merchant.mpos.mintpayments.com
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your User ID.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. We will send you an email containing your User ID, and temporary password.
  6. Click on the link provided in the password reset email. This will take you to the Mint Merchant Portal to log in with your User ID and temporary password. 
  7. When prompted, enter your chosen new password.
  8. You will receive an SMS with an activation code that you will enter on the next screen.

Note: If you have entered your password incorrectly three times, you will be locked out of the portal, and unable to reset your password. Please contact the Mint Support Team for assistance.
