If you forget your account password, you can reset it by following these steps.
- Go to https://merchant.mpos.mintpayments.com
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your User ID.
- Click Submit.
- We will send you an email containing your User ID, and temporary password.
- Click on the link provided in the password reset email. This will take you to the Mint Merchant Portal to log in with your User ID and temporary password.
- When prompted, enter your chosen new password.
- You will receive an SMS with an activation code that you will enter on the next screen.
Note: If you have entered your password incorrectly three times, you will be locked out of the portal, and unable to reset your password. Please contact the Mint Support Team for assistance.
