      Searching for Transactions

      Use the Merchant Portal to search transactions processed on Virtual Terminal (VT), Hosted Payments Page (HPP), eCommerce Payments Plugin, or your mPOS device.

      You can use the Transactions tab of your Merchant Portal to search for transactions based on the following:

      • Sales notes
      • User ID - the user who processed the transaction
      • Primary Account Number (PAN) - the last 4 digits of the card used
      • Status - Approved/ Declined/ Reversed/ Processing Error
      • Date Range
      • Amount Range

      From the Transactions tab, apply the relevant filters and click search.
